Arnis : Form : Blade form 1

  • Stance forward with your right foot forward to  12:00. Perform #8 strike.
  • Stance forward with your left foot forward  to  12:00. Perform  #9 strike.
  • Stance forward with your right foot forward to 12:00 . Perform #4 strike.
  • Stance forward with right foot backward to 6:00. Perform  #8 strike.
  • Stance forward with left foot backward to 6:00. Perform  #9 strike.
  • Stance  middle with your left foot forward to 12:00. Brace right.
  • Stance  middle with your right foot forward to 12:00. Cut through left.
  • Stance forward with right foot backward to 6:00. Strike lower left side to your upper right side and it is in a back handed hammer fist motion.
  • Stance forward with left foot backward to 6:00.Perform uppercut action delivered from your lower right side to your upper left side.
  • Stance forward with your right foot forward to 12:00. Strike advance – #12.
  • Stance forward with right foot backward to 6:00. Perform  #8 strike.
  • Stand ready with your right foot forward to 12:00.

Arnis : Form : Double Cane Form 3

  • With your Right step to 3:00, brace block to right side.
  • With your Left step to left, brace block to left side.
  • With your Right step to 12:00,Perform up cut to right side.
  • With your Left step forward, Perform up cut to left side.
  • With your Right step forward and pivot to face 6:00, circle your cane overhead in the same direction. Take Left step back and give #9 strike. Then Right step back and give #8 strike.
  • Right step forward (6:00 on the clock face). Perform an up cut to your left side.
  • Pivot to face 12:00 and circle your cane over your head in the same direction as the turn. Take your left step back, give #9 strike and then right step back, give #8 strike.
  • Close the anyo.
