SHACKLE BREAK (ABC) : DOUBLE WRIST GRAB FROM BEHIND

Defense A:

  1. Left forward to 12:00 as you counter grab both wrist.
  2. Right foot draws to cat stance followed by a right back kick.

Defense B:

  1. Left forward steps forward to 12:00 as you counter grab both wrist Right foot draws to cat stance right back kick.
  2. Followed up by swinging right elbow up and over to clear arms then with the same continuous motion do a right elbow to spine.

Defense C: Kata Version

  1. Left forward to 12:00 as you counter grab both wrists.
  2. Right foot draws to cat stance right back kick.
  3. Followed up by swinging right elbow up and over to clear arms then with the same continuous motion bring left knee up to strike to ribs while doing a double palm strikes to spine.
