Defense A:
- Left forward to 12:00 as you counter grab both wrist.
- Right foot draws to cat stance followed by a right back kick.
Defense B:
- Left forward steps forward to 12:00 as you counter grab both wrist Right foot draws to cat stance right back kick.
- Followed up by swinging right elbow up and over to clear arms then with the same continuous motion do a right elbow to spine.
Defense C: Kata Version
- Left forward to 12:00 as you counter grab both wrists.
- Right foot draws to cat stance right back kick.
- Followed up by swinging right elbow up and over to clear arms then with the same continuous motion bring left knee up to strike to ribs while doing a double palm strikes to spine.
