Taekwondo: WTF Taekwondo: Taegeuk Chil Jang

  1. Ready stance front
  2. Turn left 90°, cat walk stance, right crossing palm block front
  3. Front kick with right foot, lower leg and maintain cat stance, left inside block with left hand
  4. Turn right 180°,  maintain cat stance, left crossing palm block front
  5. Front kick with left foot, lower leg maintain cat stance, right inside block front
  6. Turn left 90°, from left back stance, left double knife hand low block front
  7. Bring left foot forward , right double knife hand low block front
  8. Turn left 90°, form left cat stance, right crossing palm block, reverse back fist, keep left fist palm down under right elbow
  9. Turn right 180°, form right cat stance, left crossing palm block, reverse back fist, keep right fist palm down under left elbow
  10. Turn left 90°, place left foot next to right foot, both hands chamber position on belt with palms up, grab right fist with left hand stomach level, extend arms outwards chest level 
  11. Move left foot forward, double scissor block , reverse scissor block, right outside block front, left low block front
  12. Move right foot forward, double scissor block, right outside block, left low block, reverse double scissor block, left outside block, right low block
  13. Turn left 270°, move left foot forward, double outside block breaking opponents grip
  14. Hands up as grabbing head of opponent, hands down right knee up as knee strike, hop forward land with right foot, left foot crossed behind, double uppercut with palm up hitting ribs, move left leg back, form front stance, double crossed low block front
  15. Turn right 180°, move right foot forward,, double outside block, break opponent’s grip position
  16. Hands up as grabbing head of opponent, hands down left knee up as knee strike, hop forward land with left foot, right foot crossed behind, double uppercut with palm up hitting ribs, move right leg back, form left front stance, double crossed low block front
  17. Turn left 90°, move left foot forward, left backfist above right shoulder
  18. Open left fist, right crescent kick slapping palm of left hand with sole of right foot, form right horse stance, right elbow strike into open palm of left hand
  19. Move into right walking stance, right backfist to temple (chamber backfist above left shoulder)
  20. Open right fist, left crescent kick slapping palm of right hand with sole of left foot, form left horse stance, left elbow strike into open palm of right hand
  21. Left foot into left back stance, left single knife hand middle block
  22. Move right foot forward, form right horse stance, front punch with right fist
