Tracy Kenpo: Breaking the Sword

BREAKING THE SWORD : HANDSHAKE (SUCKER PUNCH)

Defense :

  1. Right foot sweeps back clockwise (CW) to 10:30, as your left hand grabs the attacker’s right hand as the right hand maintains grip.
  2. Rotate the attackers right arm CW so that the elbow faces down.
  3. Place the attackers elbow on top of your left shoulder Pull down with both hands against the attacker’s right wrist.
  4. Breaking the elbow over your left shoulder.
  5. Left arm will keep the attackers right arm on top of your shoulder while your right elbow strikes the attacker’s right rib cage.
