CMATOS, LLC is a martial arts and Kenpo Budokan Karate training school based in Florida. We provide professional online classes as well as professional one-on-one training for all those who are interesting in pursuing karate. However, our specialty is that our online training is completely free of charge!
CMATOS, LLC was started by people who are truly passionate about Kenpo Budokan Karate and wish to expand its knowledge and practice into the world – so what better way of doing so than providing FREE online karate classes? Thus, we decided that apart from paid one-on-one training, we’d also offer professional-style online classes in karate and martial arts so that anyone who wants to learn self-defense can easily do us with us!
About the Founder
Soke Stephen Salaka
Soke Stephen Salaka is a professional Martial Arts specialist with more than 32 years of experience in its training. What started as a keen interest at the age of 4 soon became a huge part of his life. From his initial lessons on an air force base in Ramstein, Germany to present day, Soke Salaka has learned from a variety of classes, lessons, and trainers, starting from a very young age. The 32 years of hard work, consistency, and passion for karate and martial arts gave inspiration and rise to CMATOS, the Kenpo Karate System. Soke enjoys teaching people via a system that doesn’t primarily focus on technique memorization and form performance but rather on a theoretical practice that is flexible to the students’ physical challenges and needs. From the age of 16 he has taught countless individuals – many of which have received black belt ranks – and to this day, he enjoys teaching and growing the practice of Kenpo Budokan Karate.
Soke Stephen Salaka holds numerous rankings in a variety of systems including American Kenpo Karate, Shotokan, Goju Ryu, Taekwondo, Hsing Yi Kung Fu, Bagua, Kyokushin, Krav Maga, Arnis, Yang style Tai Chi, and many others.

Free Online Self-Defense Lessons
Our primary focus is on providing free online karate lessons and free online self-defense lessons. These are lessons that are open to all so get started today. Start learning from our free online classes and videos – all instruction provided is full and professional Kenpo Budokan karate with no techniques or information hidden from you!
There are absolutely no charges for our online karate classes, and we don’t ask you to pay any hidden fees to unlock any special techniques either. There are no hidden costs, membership fees, or any other charges. Furthermore, if you have any questions about the lessons, techniques, or training, you can email us. Our instructors will send in the answer as soon as possible without any charges applied.
Online classes are based on flexible and open schedules – users can learn at their own pace and schedule, learning whenever they have the time. All online karate teaching material is made available to our learners 24/7 for as long as they want.
