PASSING WIND ABC: RIGHT PUNCH

Defense A:

  1. Left foot steps forward to 11:000 as your left hand parries.
  2. Right punch to right arm biceps.
  3. Right snapping backfist to head.
  4. Right forearm to side of neck.
  5. Left chop behind neck.

Defense B:

  1. Left foot steps forward to 11:00 as your left hand parries.
  2. Right punch to right arm biceps.
  3. Right snapping backfist to head.
  4. Left hand grabs right wrist as your right hand grabs attackers right shoulder.
  5. Shift right foot slightly to 6:00 as your face 6:00 to throw your attacker forward.

Defense C:

  1. Left foot steps forward to 11:00 as your left hand parries.
  2. Right punch to right arm biceps.
  3. Right snapping backfist to head.
  4. Left hand grabs right wrist as your right hand grabs attacker’s right shoulder.
  5. Drive right knee to body.
  6. Planting foot back down at 6:30.
  7. Pivot to face 6:00 as your throw attacker forward.
