- Shift right foot slightly to 6:00 as your face 6:00 to throw your attacker forward.
Defense C:
- Left foot steps forward to 11:00 as your left hand parries.
- Right punch to right arm biceps.
- Right snapping backfist to head.
- Left hand grabs right wrist as your right hand grabs attacker’s right shoulder.
- Drive right knee to body.
- Planting foot back down at 6:30.
- Pivot to face 6:00 as your throw attacker forward.
