RETREATING PHOENIX : LEFT GRAB TO RIGHT SHOULDER, RIGHT PUNCH

Defense:

  1. Left hand pins left grab.
  2. Right inward block to the inside of right punch, and right kick to the inside of the right knee to 10:30.
  3. Right foot plants back at 5:30.
  4. Left arm circles CW.
  5. Right half fist to throat.
