Opening

  1. Begin by signifying and performing the formal salutation.

Section 1 — Destructive Twins 

  1. From your attention stance, step toward 12:00 with your right foot to form a right neutral bow stance.
  2. Deliver a right thrusting inverted horizontal punch.
  3. Deliver a left thrusting overhead horizontal punch.
  4. Slide your right foot toward 1:30.
  5. Deliver a right inward block.
  6. Deliver a left inward downward palm down block.
  7. Pivot clockwise to form a right forward bow stance facing 1: 30.
  8. Deliver a left vertical outward block.
  9. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  10. Deliver a left horizontal finger thrust.
  11. Pivot counterclockwise to form a horse stance facing 10 : 30.
  12. Deliver a right horizontal thrust punch.
  13. Your left hand cocks at your hip.

Section 2 — Transition 1

  1. Slide your right foot back to form a right 45 degree cat stance facing 12:00.
  2. Cock both of your hands high to the front.

Section 3 — Crashing Wings

  1. Step toward 3: 00 with your right foot to form a horse stance facing 12: 00.
  2. Deliver right and left inward downward diagonal elbow strikes.
  3. Slide your left foot toward your right foot to form a left 45 degree cat stance facing 12 : 00.
  4. Cock both of your hands at your right hip (left over right).
  5. Slide your left foot toward 7:30 to form a left reverse bow stance.
  6. Immediately pivot counterclockwise to form a left neutral bow stance facing 7: 30.
  7. Deliver a left outward upward diagonal elbow strike.
  8. Cock your right hand high.
  9. Pivot counterclockwise to form a left forward bow stance facing 7:30.
  10. Deliver a right inward downward diagonal hammerfist strike.
  11. Cock your left hand at your hip.

Section 4 — Transition 2

  1. Slide your right foot toward your left foot to form a modified right reverse cat stance (V-Step).
  2. Cock both of your hands at your left hip (right over left).

Section 5 — Twirling Wings

  1. Step toward 3:00 with your right foot and pivot clockwise to form a right forward bow stance.
  2. Deliver a right vertical outward block.
  3. Deliver a left inward horizontal elbow strike.

Section 6 — Transition 3

  1. Step toward 1:30 with your left foot to form a left forward bow stance.
  2. Deliver a right inward horizontal elbow strike.
  3. Cock your left hand at your hip.

Section 7 — Circling Wing

  1. Pivot clockwise to form a right forward bow stance facing 7:30.
  2. Deliver a right outward overhead elbow strike.
  3. Strike with a left horizontal finger thaist.
  4. Pivot counterclockwise to form a right neutral bow stance facing 7:30.
  5. Deliver a right upward elbow strike.
  6. Left hand covers low.
  7. Pivot counterclockwise to form a right reverse bow stance facing 7:30.
  8. Deliver a right back hammerfist strike.
  9. Your left hand covers high.

Section 8 — Crossing Talon

  1. Pivot clockwise to form a right neutral bow stance facing 7:30.
  2. Execute a left pinning check on top of your right wrist.
  3. Step toward 7:30 with your left foot to form a left neutral bow stance.
  4. Execute a fulcrum arm bar takedown.
  5. Deliver a left outward elbow strike.
  6. Cock your right hand at your hip.
  7. Follow with a left heel palm strike and claw with a fulcrum on the opponent’s neck.
  8. Deliver a left inward overhead elbow strike.
  9. Drop into a left wide kneel stance facing 7:30.

Section 9 — Scraping Hoof

  1. Slide your left foot toward your right foot to form a modified horse stance facing 10: 30.
  2. Thrust both fists toward the ground to pin the opponent’s arms.
  3. Deliver a rear head butt strike.
  4. Pivot clockwise to form a right rear bow stance.
  5. Deliver a right rear scooping heel kick.
  6. Follow with a right knife edge kick.
  7. Plant your right foot down into a horse stance and deliver a right downward stomp.

Section 10 — Fatal Cross

  1. Step toward 10 : 30 with your right foot to form a right neutral bow stance.
  2. Deliver right and left outward hooking parries.
  3. Deliver right and left thrusting middle knuckle fist uppercut punches.
  4. Deliver a front head butt.
  5. Deliver right over left scissoring back knuckle strikes.
  6. Follow with right over left scissor pokes.

Section 11 — Grip of Death

  1. Step toward 10 : 30 with your left foot to form a left close kneel stance.
  2. Deliver a right inward downward diagonal hammerfist strike.
  3. Deliver a left inward downward diagonal hammerfist strike.
  4. Pivot clockwise to form a right neutral bow stance facing 4 :30.
  5. Grab the opponent’ s hair or nerve point with your right hand and pull the opponent’s head back and down.
  6. Pivot clockwise to form a right forward bow stance facing 4 : 30.
  7. Deliver a left thrusting heel palm strike.
  8. Cock your right hand at your hip.

Section 12 — Transition 4

  1. Slide your left foot toward your right foot to form a natural stance facing 10:30.
  2. Cock your left hand horizontally across the front of your waist.
  3. Cock your right hand horizontally across the back of your waist.

Section 13 — Locked Wing

  1. Immediately step toward 4 : 30 with your left foot and pivot counterclockwise to form a left neutral bow stance.
  2. Deliver a left outward horizontal elbow strike.
  3. Counter grab with your right hand.
  4. Pivot clockwise to form a right neutral bow stance.
  5. Circle your left arm counterclockwise and deliver a left uppercut break.
  6. Slide your right foot toward 4:30 to form a left forward bow stance facing 10: 30.
  7. Your left arm stays in the uppercut position.
  8. Deliver a right upward knee kick.
  9. Deliver a right inward overhead handsword strike.
  10. Cock your left hand at your hip.

Section 14 — Transition 5

  1. Plant your right foot toward 10 : 30 to form a left reverse bow stance.
  2. Extend both arms low behind you.

Section 15 — Crossed Twigs

  1. Step toward 10 : 30 with your left foot to form a right reverse bow stance.
  2. Counter grab with both hands and extend both arms low in front of you.
  3. Pivot clockwise to form a right forward bow stance facing 4 : 30.
  4. Deliver a right outward horizontal elbow strike.
  5. Cock your left arm horizontally across the back of your waist.
  6. Drop into a right wide kneel stance facing 4 :30.
  7. Deliver a right inward overhead elbow strike.
  8. Deliver a left upward knee kick.
  9. Deliver right and left downward hammering heel palm strikes.

Section 16 — Transitions

  1. Plant your left foot to point of origin and pivot counterclockwise to face 1 :30 in a horse stance.
  2. Cock both hands at your hips.

Section 17 — Wings of Silk

  1. Deliver a left downward stomp.
  2. Deliver a left back thrusting heel palm strike.
  3. Deliver a right rear scoop kick.
  4. Deliver a right obscure elbow strike.
  5. Execute a left twirling foot maneuver and end in a right fighting horse stance facing 1 : 30.
  6. Deliver a right uppercut break.
  7. Cock your left hand at your hip.

Section 18 — Conquering Shield

  1. Execute a left pinning check at your right shoulder.
  2. Deliver a right front thrusting ball kick.
  3. Deliver a right thrusting forearm strike.
  4. Plant your right foot toward 1 :30 to form a right wide kneel stance.
  5. Deliver a right downward vertical elbow strike.
  6. Deliver a right upward elbow strike.
  7. Form a right neutral bow stance.
  8. Drop into a right wide kneel stance.
  9. Deliver a right downward heel palm strike and claw.

Section 19 — Striking Serpent’s Head

  1. Slide your right foot toward 7 :30 to form a left neutral bow stance facing 1 :30.
  2. Deliver a left inward hooking reverse hammerfist strike.
  3. Cock your right hand below your right pectoral muscle in a half fist position.
  4. Grab the opponent’ s hair with your left hand and pull his head back and down.
  5. Pivot into a transitional left forward bow stance.
  6. Deliver a right snapping half fist strike.

Closing

  1. Slide your right foot forward to form a horse stance
  2. Cover your right clenched fist with your left open hand.
  3. Close the meditative horse stance.
  4. Finish with the formal salutation.
